Haylage Bags

Haylage bags and bedding sacks, minimum quantities for plain and printed start from 3,000 bags. Even if your looking for smaller quantities call us to discuss your needs.  Many of our customers use Ken Mills machinery, our haylage & bedding sacks are tailored to fit.

Planet Packaging are sales agents for Select Products who manufacture heavy duty bottom weld bags and sacks which includes agricultural haylage bags.

Standard haylage bags are manufactured in thick tear resistant 185micron polythene film, a standard size of 570mm(wide) x 970mm(deep) covers most of the requirements but we can alter the width and film thickness to suit.

The film can have anti static and or ultra violet inhibitors added during the extrusion stage with a high or low slip additive as well depending on what application you are using the sacks for.  We can also emboss the film to stop slippage when the haylage bags are filled and stacked on pallets.

Select Products have done a large amount of research into haylage bags and have the best bag specification to suit growers and the popular machinery used to pack the haylage.  The standard 970mm depth on the haylage bags suits the Ken Mills balers often used by growers, it also suits a vast range of other baling machines on the market at the moment.
